"For me, I always started training the week after the Super Bowl, and he's going into his second year so it shouldn't be a problem for him. As I'm getting a little older, I have to change the way I attack it. Starting off, our routines will be a little different, but just getting him with the right people, nutritionists, trainer, chiropractors and all that stuff. (It's about) showing him the other side of the business, showing him it's not just about coming to work and going on the field. There is so much more to the game that will allow you to be successful if you just do it. I'm excited to have this position."

Ive been saying since we drafted AJ that he is a young BMarsh. I really expect some great things from him this season.

Well we can all thank our lucky stars that Jeffery has someone who actually can help him and that Drake isn't here any longer to ruin him. With Trestman in charge I expect some really big things out of these two as the #1 and #2 WRs next year.
Maybe we should take a look at Greg Jennings as a slot guy as well. I love Earl Bennett in that spot but we can never seem to get through a season without him missing significant time. Can you imagine a receiver core with BMarsh, Jeffery, Jennings and Bennett with Cutler throwing to them? Then get a TE who can catch and add Forte into the mix and that would me a tough set of guys to match up against.
I'm getting to that age where a lifetime warranty just doesn't mean as much to me anymore as an afternoon nap.

In the off season at DENVER ... JCut ... Marshall and TONY SCHEFFLER (currently Lions TE) would practice together.
Would Scheffler look good in a BEARS uniform ? We do need a TE.

when Marshall was at the Dolphins and playing up, talking about getting ejected from games, getting stabbed by his partner, getting into trouble off the field, I thought he was a disaster, another wasted talent and a massive red flag.
The way he has turned himself around since joining Chicago really is night and day different. The guy has been a model professional and seems a completely different person. to say I am impressed with his transformation and self-control is an understatement. I have a lot of respect for the man and how he carries himself since joining us. His charity work, the way he handles himself in interviews and on twitter, his new outlook on life and his dedication and professionalism on the field and from all reports in training.
Allied to the above, the guy is an extremely talented receiver who I woudl place in the top three in the NFL. If Alshon Jeffrey has an ounce of sense, he will jump at the chance to learn from Brandon, not just about the game and being a top receiver but about how to handle yourself when you are a NFL superstar.
Kudos to you Brandon. Long may the new you continue.

He won't be a FA until 2014 and by that time he'll be an 8 year vet and close to 30 years old. We need a guy now and preferably one in his mid 20s or younger.

Random thoughts:
If Marshall weren't here, Jefferey would have a lot more production, while still obviously learning on the job, and would have a lot more attention around the league
Remember that the 49ers traded up in the 2nd to get the QB they needed for a long time, and now we did the same? No, they're not related, but since I'm saying it, it's true: Alshon Jeffery is the next Jerry Rice.

Henry lets hope you are right,
A PRO BOWL player from DAA BEARRSSE at WR since GOD knows when.
TWO of them in the next PRO BOWL ?
Half of all BEARS fans would faint.
